SRC Thermosetting Injection Moulding Machine is equipped with a special screw and barrel unit. It is optimized for thermosetting materials, has a good plastification effect and high durability. The screw and barrel unit is heated by a high-accuracy temperature controller. The clamping unit is equipped with an insulating board and auxiliary die plate, and provides a mold heating interface with high- accuracy PID temperature control. The special nozzle design allows for quick-clearing when operation is suspended. This machine can be used to produce thermosetting materials such as Bakelite.
